Sounds epic. But that’s how it all begins.

Adding funness with playful,
interactive elements

How do you create an iPad experience that’s functional as it is fun to use?

By maximising the unique hardware and gestural features of the iPad to gently unfold the details of the story, a high engaging and interactive experience was created for the user involving opening doors that reveal secretly hidden videos, a spinning 3-dimensional globe detailing news reports from around the world, and more.

On-demand news

The 3-dimensional globe feature spins interactively, allowing the user to view current news headlines from the local newspapers from some 36 different cities around the world utilising RSS feed.

Never lost ever

The app has a very user-friendly feature allowing you to jump from chapters and stories easily and at any time. This feature is available with a two finger pull-down from the screen.

Bringing the story to life
with interviews

Go behind the scenes and listen first-hand to stories of game-changing events like the negotiation of Singapore’s free trade agreement with ASEAN, interviews with Singapore leaders including former and current Ministers, and business leaders who have successfully taken their businesses international.

Visual on-boarding

During the testing of our app, we found that users preferred more visual instructions across each individual chapter rather than a traditional tutorial page.

We also designed a lighter version to be user-friendly for iPhone and Android, offering a compact experience.
